simple ways for Glowing skin

The recipe for complexion perfection starts with a well rounded diet by healthy fats(cow's milk butter,olive oil,jojoba oil, sufficient protein(milk cream, egg white,milk) & lots of fruits(sweet lime, orange, pineapple, papaya) and veggies(bell pepper, wheat grass, lettuce, beetroot,lemon, brinjal).
